Do Not Call

You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time, by any reasonable method, and we will act on it.

How to stop contact

• Text: reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
• Phone: tell whoever is calling. Or call (888) 000-0000.
• Email: hello@solarfundingusa.com with “Do Not Call” in the subject line and the number to suppress.

What we do with it

We add the number to our internal Do Not Call list and honor the request within ten business days, and normally within one. Revocation by any of the methods above is effective; we will not argue that you used the wrong channel. We will also pass the request to Momentum Solar where your details have already been shared, though you may wish to tell them directly as well.

We maintain written Do Not Call procedures, train our people on them, monitor compliance, and access the National Do Not Call Registry within the required period before any calling.

Registries

You can also register with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov, and with your state registry where one operates.

Calling hours we observe

• Connecticut: 9:00am to 8:00pm
• Florida: 8:00am to 8:00pm, and no more than three calls in any 24 hours on the same subject
• New York and New Jersey: 8:00am to 9:00pm
